Zitec IT & Digital Marketing company in Romania has recently taken over the teams and portfolios of Bright and Symbolic, two companies specialised in web-design, e-commerce software development and digital marketing, which reported a cumulated turnover of EUR 450,000 last year.
The founders of the two digital agencies have also joined Zitec. The takeover comes after in 2016 Zitec has also assimilated the team and portfolio of Inotec, along with Cloud Bit embedded software company.
„I think it is a right time for enhancing actions on the local market and currently all parties involved stand to gain. Customers have access to a larger team providing complete digital solutions, while the taken over teams can focus on the activities where they excel, by giving up the administrative activities. We are open to other similar acquisitions. It is not easy to perform in the tertiary sector, but it is easier together,” said Alexandru Lăpușan, CEO & Founding Partner Zitec.
