EY regional team increased up to 20 employees and relocated its headquarters in Timișoara to a new office, City Business Center building.
„In 2015, we celebrate 7 years since we’ve opened the office in Timișoara to provide services for the company that were quicly growing here. The local business environment, both through the Romanian entrepreneurs’ investments and through the important foreign direct investments, has been rising year by year and manages to maintain Banat among the most developped and industrialized historical regions of Romania (…) The 20 colleagues forming the EY Timișoara team are serving 45 companies in the region,” said Bogdan Ion, EY Romanian country managing partner.
Open spaces covering 60% of the area are prevailing in the new office, while also having informal spaces for the brainstorming sessions and casual debates, reads an EY press release.
The office in Timișoara is the second regional office of EY after the one in Cluj that is implementing the Workplace of the Future concept. Romania was the first country in Central and Southeastern Europe where the company set this new way to use the work space, alng with the company’s relocation in Bucharest Tower Center in 2013.
