F&B segment accounts for 45 pc of the Pullman Bucharest’s turnover

The food and beverage (F&B) component is central to the strategy of Pullman Bucharest, the four-star, upscale hotel, belonging to the AccorHotels group and managed by Orbis Hotel Group.

From the business point of view, food and beverage accountsF&B segment accounts for 45 pc of the Pullman Bucharest’s turnover for 45 percent of the hotel’s turnover, Patrick Carabin (photo), General Manager Pullman Bucharest said during a media brunch, with the launch of the new menu within Barbizon Steak House, the flagship restaurant of the hotel.

Belgian Patrick Carabin took over the lead of the 4-star Pullman hotel in Bucharest in June 2016, after eight years spent in Poland, as GM of two 5-star hotels of Sofitel chain – Sofitel Warsaw Victoria and Sofitel Grand Sopot

According to Pullman Bucharest officials, for lunch, 70-80 percent of customers are outside, local customers, at dinnertime, 80–90 percent of clients are hotel guests.

”By the end of 2018 food and beverage revenue will register a 10 percent increase compared to the year before,” Lubomir Sykora, Food and Beverage Manager Pullman Bucharest, said in turn.

Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center welcomes its guests in 203 superior rooms with stunning views over the Herastrau Lake and the city. The hotel also features conference & exhibition center facilities, a well-equipped gym and a wellness area, exclusively for guests.
