First phase of Bucur Retail Park project commissioned in western Bucharest

Bucur Retail Park is opening its gates in Bucharest today. The 4,200-sqm shopping center accommodating such tenants as Penny Market, JYSK, DM Drogerie Markt, Pepco and Kik is located in the western part of the Capital, on 56 Timisoara Blvd, district 6.

This is just the first part of the Bucur Retail Park, which will have 28,000sqm overall, with the Bucur S.A. developer saying that an agri-food complex and a residential compound will be opened by 2022.

“We chose Drumul Taberei-Militari area due to its constant growth in the past years, with residential compounds and office space ongoing projects. So, we practically address the demand, bringing a shopping center close to home and work for the locals in the area,” said Ștefan Paraschiv, General Manager Bucur S.A.
