Fragiski Melissa, Human Resources Director for Vodafone Greece has been appointed as Vodafone Romania’s HR Director and member of the executive management team, reporting to Vodafone Romania’s CEO, Murielle Lorilloux, effective September 3rd 2018. Fragiski Melissa will replace Florin Petrescu, who decided to leave Vodafone at the end of September 2018, upon completion of his mandate, a press release informs.
Florin Petrescu joined Vodafone Romania’s team in 2016, a role in which he strengthen Vodafone Romania’s employer branding on the market, integrated the people plan with the business strategy and the internal transformational processes.
Fragiski Melissa joined Vodafone in 2012 as Human Resources Director for Vodafone Greece where she successfully led the integration of Hellas Online as well as championed the digital transformation of the company.
Before joining Vodafone, Fragiski Melissa worked for Colgate – Palmolive Greece as Regional Human Resources Director, including also Romania in her portfolio. Prior to this position, she held various senior management positions with Makro Cash&Carry Greece and KPMG International.
Fragiski Melissa is a Greek citizen, holds Degree in Psychology from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Master’s Degree from Industrial & Organisational Psychology from University of Columbia and Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from New School for Social Research. She will move to Bucharest together with her family.
