Maltese investors, represented by Zacaria Group, build industrial park in Craiova
Real estate developer Zacaria Group, controlled by a Maltese group, announced that it is developing a business park in Craiova, the first 10,000 square meters will be handed over by year-end.
Southern Industrial Park will have a total area of 43,000 square meters of A Class industrial spaces, fully equipped for storage, logistics, cross-docking or production activities. The first phase of development is due to be completed at the beginning of next year and represents the construction of a warehouse with a total area of 33,000 square meters.
”Southern Industrial Park is one of Zacaria’s most important investments, and the decision to develop this park has come following customer requirements. (…) Spaces will be divided on request, in units of 500 square meters. The first clients have already booked their spaces in the new hall,” Emilia Tepes, Zacaria Group Marketing & Sales Director stated.
Southern Industrial Park was purchased by Zacaria Group in October 2015, covering a total area of 100,000 sqm, provides quick access to the main roads towards Pitesti and Bucharest.
