The National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) has requested on Monday a new endorsement from the Chamber of Deputies for the prosecution and arrest of Elena Udrea, in a case of three new facts of bribery regarding the contracts concluded by the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism with several companies in ‘Bute Gala’.

The request was made in the ‘Bute Gala’ file, for which the prosecutors are carrying criminal prosecution in connection to the awarding and use of supposedly illegal funds, during 2010-2012, from the patrimony of the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
