The Constitutional Court judges have postponed, on Wednesday, the debate on the file for validation of the May 26 referendum’s results.

CCR has received an appeal to one of the questions at the referendum.

The decision of the Constitutional Court assesses if the procedure for organizing and conducting the referendum was observed and confirms the results.

Before being published by the Official Gazette, the decision is presented to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, in joint plenary session.

The Central Electoral Bureau announced on June 3 the final results of the referendum on May 26.
