The reports under the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism for Romania and Bulgaria will be released on Wednesday, the European Commission spokesperson, Mina Andreeva informed on Tuesday.

“The commissioners will debate on the last evolution and progress regarding the justice system reform and fight against corruption in Bulgaria and Romania,” Andreeva said.

European sources told Mediafax that the report for Romania will be better than the previous one in January 2014 and that it will be also better than the one for Bulgaria.

“The black sheep” will be again the Romanian Parliament, mostly slammed for its decisions to refuse immunity lifting for some lawmakers facing corruption charges.
