Deputy Mihaela Hunca resigns from PSD, says party involved in absurd battles
PSD Deputy, Mihaela Hunca, has announced on Wednesday she is resigning from the party, following the scandals it is involved lately. The Deputy says ‘an absurd battle is ongoing within PSD, with no arguments and with no benefit for the citizens.’
She argues that the social-democracy she believes in is based on true values, on meritocracy and competence which no longer are seen in the party, because PSD, for reasons she does not understand, has forgotten its target and ideology.
“I cannot accept the idea of two Romanias, I cannot accept the split in the society, I am against any fratricide battle and I believe the role to be played by the governance is to serve all Romanians. Unfortunately, the sole step made by the party leadership is an absurd battle, with no arguments and with no benefit for the citizens. I cannot go further with such a vision,” the Deputy wrote on Facebook.
