Prime Minister Viorica Dancila and European Commission First Vice-president Frans Timmermans have had talks on Wednesday, in Brussels. It was the third discussion between the two officials during the past three weeks.
An European Commission spokesperson said on Wednesday, for ziare.com that the EC First Vice-president Frans Timmermans and Romanian Premier Viorica Dancila have had a brief meeting and have both agreed that the technical discussions between the Commission and the Romanian authorities are advancing, whereas the negotiations for enforcing the CVM recommendations and subsequent issues have intensified, so that there is a horizon for concrete results very soon.
PM Viorica Dancila is on a working visit in Brussels.
Frans Timmermans was in Bucharest last Monday, when he had discussions with the Romanian Prime Minister.
