The Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) has announced on Monday the first final partial results of the presidential election , after centralizing 99.67% of the votes of the runoff from 19,522 polling stations.
Klaus Iohannis – 65.88%
Viorica Dăncilă – 34.12%
The votes centralized so far represent 98.17% of the total number of voters.
Klaus Iohannis had obtained 6,437,151 votes, meaning 65.88%, while Viorica Dăncilă 3,334,000, representing 34.12%.
Klaus Iohannis obtained 863,849 votes from Diaspora and 5,631,685 from the country.
Viorica Dăncilă – 55,493 votes from Diaspora and 3,282,040 from Romania.
