President Klaus Iohannis will have a meeting with the President of the European Council Donald Tusk at Cotroceni Palace on Friday, presidency spokeswoman Madalina Dobrovolschi has announced on Tuesday.
Dobrovolschi said on Tuesday in a press conference that the main topic on the agenda will be the future of the European Union.
The presidency spokeswoman also announced that President Klaus Iohannis will be in Brussels on October19 and 20, where he will attend the European Council meeting, having on the agenda issues related to migration, digital Europe, security and defence, EU’s external relations, the relationship between the Union and Turkey.
The head of state will attend the launching of the new Ford model in Craiova
President Klaus Iohannis will attend, in Craiova, the launching of the latest Ford model on Thursday, Madalina Dobrovolschi has also informed.
The head of state will be at the Ford plant in Craiova on Thursday, as of 10.30h.
“Mr. President’s presence at this event is a strong signal for the automotive industry in Romania, which enjoys competitive advantages and is building better reputation in the European market,” Dobrovolschi said.
