Just a few days before the elections for European Parliament and for the referendum called by President Klaus Iohannis on issues of justice on Sunday, an IMAS survey reveals the Romanians’ preferences.
According to the date from EUROPA FM Barometer in May, PNL is up in preferences to 28.5%, followed by PSD – 21.1% (down against April) and USR-PLUS 2020 Alliance – 19.6%. Next come Pro Romania – 9.9%, ALDE – 9.8%, PMP – 6.2%, UDMR 3.8%.
In regard to voting intentions for the presidential elections, if hypothetically were organized next Sunday, the preferences are: Klaus Iohannis – 43.5%, slightly up against April, Calin Popescu Tariceanu – 19.8% and Dacian Ciolos (13%). Liviu Dragnea falls in voting options to 7% (down by 1.7% against April).
The IMAS survey was conducted upon the demand of Europa FM private radio broadcaster during May 2-20, by phone. The sample included 1,010 persons aged above 18. The error margin is of +/- 3.1%, europafm.ro informs.
