PM Cioloș on a two-day visit to France next week
PM Dacian Cioloș will pay a visit to France on January 20-21, where he will have a working dinner with French president Francois Hollande, with PM Manuel Valls, but he will also met the Senate and the National Assembly presidents, Romanian students and French businessmen.
According to the Government spokesperson Dan Suciu, the prime minister will be accompanied by several ministers, the Economy and Foreign Affairs ministers, and probably also by the Defense, Interior and Culture ministers.
“In the first day, there will a working dinner with president Francois Hollande, an event also attended by premier Manuel Valls. There will be meetings with the French Senate speaker Gerard Larcher and with the president of the National Assembly Claude Bartolone. PM Cioloș will meet the Romanian community at the HQs of the Romanian embassy in Paris, then there will be a meeting with the Romanian students at Science Po, where he will also deliver a speech. In the next day, there will be several meetings with the heads of some French enterprises. The visit will have an important economic dimension,” Suciu said.
He also informed that meetings on security and military topics are also in sight, as well as a visit to the Brâncuși Museum.
