PM Tudose explains dismissal of his adviser Eugen Teodorovici
PM Tudose said on Monday that his former adviser Eugen Teodorovici has wrongly understood his position and turned into a spokesperson, pointing out he didn’t agree most of the ideas launched by Teodorovici.
PM Mihai Tudose has removed PSD senator Eugen Teodorovici from his position as honorary adviser at the Government on Friday.
“Mr. Teodorovici was my collaborator and I thought we could collaborate on consultancy, on the financial field where he is good at. Only that he must have probably got it wrong and turned into a spokesperson,” said the premier.
“I understand I hear his ideas from himself not from the mass media, especially that I don’t agree most of his ideas,” the prime minister added.
Asked what he thinks of the Church taxation, an idea advanced by Teodorovici as well, PM Tudose said his answer is the dismissal itself. He revealed he had signed the dismissal decree on Friday morning.
