Sources within the National Liberal Party (PNL) told local media that they had raised the necessary signatures for the censure motion against Dancila Government.
The document enjoys 234 signatures for now, with more to come the upcoming days. The sources also revealed that the Opposition’s motion had been signed even by PSD lawmakers.
Among the signatories, there are two Social Democrat deputies, three MPs from the national minorities group, but also ALDE and Pro Romania lawmakers.
The censure motion will be filed most probably on Monday, September 30, at the latest.
233 votes are needed for the censure motion to pass and the Cabinet to be toppled down.
