President Iohannis attends dinner extended by US President Barack Obama

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis attended a dinner extended by US President Barack Obama at the White House to honour the heads of delegations to the Nuclear Security Summit (NSS) on Thursday evening.

The Romanian head of state posted on his Facebook page a picture of him and Barack Obama at the White House.

At the dinner, Iohannis was seated between the Polish and the Ukrainian president, Agerpres informs.

Klaus Iohannis on Friday is scheduled to attend the opening session of NSS and take part in a working lunch.

The Romanian head of state started his visit to the US on Wednesday. On Thursday he toured the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington DC.
