President Klaus Iohannis has referred to the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR), on Wednesday, a notification of unconstitutionality on the law to amend and complete Law 286/2009 regarding the Criminal Code as Law 78/2000 on prevention, finding and sanctioning the corruption offenses.
