On Friday, President Klaus Iohannis signed decrees for the recall of 10 ambassadors, including the one from the Republic of Moldova, Daniel Ioniță, and the one from Ukraine, Cristian-Leon Țurcanu.
List of the 10 ambassadors for whom Klaus Iohannis signed the recall decrees:
- Ion Jinga -Romania’s ambassador to the UN;
- Răzvan-Victor Rusu – Romania’s ambassador to the Council of Europe;
- Adrian Cosmin Vierița – ambassador of Romania’s Permanent Mission upon the United Nations in Geneva;
- Cristian-Leon Țurcanu -Romania’s ambassador in Ukraine;
- Daniel Ioniță – Romania’s ambassador in the Republic of Moldova;
- Iulian Buga – Romania’s ambassador in Sweden;
- Sorin Vasile Moldovan – Romania’s ambassador in Turkmenistan;
- Florin Marius Tacu – Romania’s ambassador in Singapore;
- Adrian Măcelaru -Romania’s ambassador in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain;
- Mihail Constantin Coman – Romania’s ambassador in Oman.
