Rădăcini Group, through its real estate division Rădăcini Estate, is building Aviatiei Tower premium residential project at the heart of one of the most important business areas in Bucharest. With a total investment of EUR 20 million, the first stage of the project comprises 134 apartments and will be delivered in the autumn of 2019.
The residential complex will be located next to Promenada mall, in the close vicinity of Marriott Courtyard Hotel and of the class A+ office buildings, near Calea Floreasca, Barbu Vacarescu and Herastrau Park, at a 10-minute distance of Aurel Vlaicu and Pipera metro stations.
According to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox study this year, about 40% of the employees working in modern office spaces are concentrated in the buildings near Aurel Vlaicu and Pipera metro stations (roughly 97,000 out of 250,000 people).
Aviaţiei Tower by Rădăcini has been developed by Vlad Simionescu & Associates architecture firm, awarded in 2014 as the best architecture office within CIJ Awards Romania gala. Its founder has been part of the team that designed the tallest building in the world in the 20th century.
The new residential project has been initiated in February this year, with the first stage comprising 134 penthouse and duplex apartments of two and three rooms and 172 parking lots.
