PwC Romania opens the recruitment process for juniors

PwC Romania launches the junior recruitment campaign (students, fresh graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience) for the Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Chisinau offices, a press release informs. The approximately 150 new colleagues will join, as of autumn, our audit and tax departments.

The recruitment process starts on pwc.com/beagamechanger where candidates will choose their appropriate level of competencies and follow the steps described on the platform.

At this point we have over 750 professionals, in 6 offices in Romania and Republic of Moldova. According to Raluca Gadiuta, Human Capital Manager, PwC Romania, the process will start with an ability test and a video interview.

“We are looking for candidates with various academic backgrounds that can be developed within the firm”, she added.
