Romanian-Bulgaria-Austria Trilateral, canceled

President Klaus Iohannis will not be attending the trilateral meeting Romania-Bulgaria-Austria in Vienna on Tuesday as the Austria side has canceled the event, the Romania Presidential Administration announced.

The Presidency explains that the meeting has been called off „due to objective reasons that came upon the Austrian side’s request”.

Romania-Bulgaria-Austria Trilateral meeting due in the Austrian capital on Tuesday, October 30, aimed at delivering a joint message on the European Union’s future from the Presidents of the three countries.

Austria’s president, Alexander Van der Bellen, Bulgaria’s president, Rumen Radev and Klaus Iohannis were supposed to have joint press statements after the trilateral meeting.
