Romanian painter Bogdan Mihai Radu has been chosen – next to other two internationally awarded artists – to visually represent the 2018 edition of the Oxford International Art Fair 2018, running February 23-25 at the famous UK city’s Town Hall.
Out of hundreds of works sent by 150 exhibiting artists and gallery, three have been chosen for the carousel sliders on the main page of the festival’s website (www.oxfordinternationalartfair.com). One of the three paintings belongs to the Romanian artist. The other two are Yanfei Wang (U.S) and August Vilella (Spain).
“I am truly moved, once for it is my first attendance to an international art fair and secondly for the organizers have chosen one of my works (…) The simple display of my work as representative for this edition is an encouraging success,” Bogdan Mihai Radu said.
Oxford International Art Fair is a major art fair in UK focused on discovering and purchasing the works of the most important and talented contemporary artists.
The art fair will run over three halls of the town hall this year, displaying a great variety of artworks by a selection of international exhibitors from 26 countries, including paintings, sculptures, photography art, illustrations, jewellery, bespoke crafts and others.
