Romanian pharma industry welcomes new association

Seven pharmaceutical companies – Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, Reckitt Benckiser, Pfizer, Prisum International Trading (Himalaya) – founded Romanian Association of non-prescription Drugs Manufacturers (RASCI), a press release informs on Tuesday.

The main objective of the association is to promote openly and informed the drugs without a prescription, dietary supplements and medical devices for personal care as an effective solution, with positive impact on Romanians health, educating the public about the importance of preventive actions as well as their responsible administration.

Razvan Bosinceanu, Medical Education Manager at Johnson & Johnson, was appointed RASCI President.
