Romanian tennis player Simona Halep has left to her father the task to finalize the construction of villas in Constanta. The works started last summer on Chiliei St. – close to her parents’ home and the building is nearly completed.
According to the building permit, the work will be completed in August 2017. The EUR 500,000 house will have basement, ground floor and first floor.
This is not only building that Simona Halep is envisaging in Constanta lately, click.ro reports. Initially, this building was to be a block of flats, but the license was issued only for a two-story building. On the other hand, a third construction is finished, a very modern one near the Constanta dolphinarium by the Black Sea coast, on Onesti St., the source reads.
Besides, Simona Halep owns a 460 square metres plot of land received from Constanta municipality after being named citizen of honour of the city.
Halep’s wealth is estimated to some EUR 10 million.
