8 out of 10 Romanians to buy presents for Easter, survey says

8 out of 10 Romanians intend to buy presents this week for the loved ones, a recent survey reveals.

81% of women intend to buy presents, while for men the share is of 76%.

According to the survey, more than 80% of Romanians will spend the Easter at home, Europa FM private radio broadcaster informs.

73% of men will offer presents to their wives or partners, whereas 62% of women argue that their husband or partner are the first option for offering a present on Easter, the survey conducted by Reveal Marketing Research reads.

The survey further reads that 83% of Romanians will spend Easter at home, with the family and will go to church at midnight.

The survey was conducted during April 8-19, 2019 on a sample of 1,000 individuals. The error margin is of 3.1%.
