A Roma ethnic files application to the Timisoara municipality to demolish the towers of the palace
A Roma ethnic in Timisoara has submitted an application to the mayor to issue a certificate of urbanism so that he can demolish the towers of his palace!
The man is determined to radically change the look of his house. Codrut Stanca requested a certificate of urbanism to change some elements, to change the roof and demolish the towers construction, ‘Opinia Timisoarei’ informs.
The man has already received the certificate and he is to get the building permit for the works.
“I want to give Mr. Stancu Codrut as a positive example. I am satisfied if all buildings with turrets will go on this way. There are two turrets on this building and it will enter into a redevelopment and expansion project within which roof towers will be demolished and the roof will be rebuilt. It is the first owner who responds positively. Others will be brought to court and will be worse for them,” said Timisoara mayor Nicolae Robu.
