– Pepper strips (your choice)

Preparation: Spread the wholemeal bread slices with cream cheese. Add ham, lettuce leaves, cucumber slices and pepper strips. You can cut the sandwich into cubes and place them on toothpick sticks, alternating with cucumber slices or pepper slices for a more attractive look.

  1. Avocado Paste and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

– 2 slices whole wheat bread

– Avocado paste

– Lettuce leaves

– 2 slices of cheese

– Green cucumber slices

Preparation: Spread the slices of wholemeal bread with avocado paste. Add lettuce leaves, cheese slices and cucumber slices. The sandwich is ready to pack and is perfect to give your child a balanced and nutritious meal.

  1. Tortilla with Cream Cheese and Cold Steak

Ingredients:

– One tortilla

– Cream cheese

– Cold strips of steak

– Finely sliced lettuce

– Cucumber or pepper slices (to taste)

Preparation: Spread the cream cheese on the pastry, add the cold steak strips, finely chopped lettuce and cucumber or pepper slices. Roll the tortilla and cut into halves or smaller pieces for easier eating.

  1. Tortilla with Avocado and Tuna Paste

Ingredients:

– One tortilla

– Avocado paste

– Tuna in its own juice

– Finely chopped lettuce or salad mix

– A little crumbled cheese on top

How to prepare: Spread the avocado paste on the pastry, add the tuna, lettuce and sprinkle the crumbled cheese on top. Roll the tortilla and it’s ready to pack.
