CCR postpones decision on referrals for amendments to the Criminal Codes

The Constitutional Court of Romania has postponed the debates on the USR and PNL notifications and on the referral from President Klaus Iohannis on the amendments made by Parliament to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.
Also, the CCR postponed for June 6 the PNL and USR notifications, as well as that of the President Klaus Iohannis on the Law for the elaboration and updating of the long-term national strategy ‘Romania 2040’.
