Dacia employees to get wages rise following consensus reached over labor conflict
Autoturisme Dacia Union (SAD) and the company’s management agreed on a RON 150 rise of the operators and employees’ wages as of January. Dacia’s technical, economic and administrative departments (TESA) will also have a RON 100 rise in salaries.
Except for these general wages increases, a individual rise will be put into force in April for TESA staff- 1.9 percent rise for the first management level and 3 percent rise for middle management employees.
A performance bonus worth RON 1,410 for the previous 2014 year was also agree and it is to be paid in May, the French Group Renault informed on Tuesday, also adding that vouchers usually offered for the employees on March 8 and on Christmas will reach a RON 70 value.
