Eduboom.ro, the video education platform, aims 3 M users in Romania by the end of 2024

Eduboom.ro, the video content education platform, is aiming to have approximately 3 million users by the end of 2024, compared to 25,000 at present. The site was launched in November last year and will be available, free of charge, until September 2021.

The educational platform is supported by a team of over 50 top teachers from Romania and a team of more than 200 people in Bulgaria.

Eduboom.ro offers over 1,200 video lessons and more than 800 tests in Mathematics and Romanian Language and Literature for students in grades V-XII. All lessons and tests follow the Romanian curriculum. The platform has over 25,000 users who have viewed approximately 200,000 lessons.

By April next year, Eduboom.ro will be providing all users with all the necessary lessons for grades V-XII, according to the Romanian curriculum in Mathematics, Romanian Language and Literature, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography.

Eduboom was launched in 2012, in Bulgaria, where it became the largest platform for education, and is currently used in over 70% of schools. In Bulgaria, the platform has reached over 1 million users and provides over 17,000 video lessons. It has been awarded over 30 prizes for the quality of the services provided.

Eduboom was launched by Darin Madzharov, an entrepreneur who studied electrical engineering and computer science in Germany. He began by filming a few lessons for his sister, who had difficulty understanding Mathematics and Chemistry. His sister also sent the lessons to her colleagues, they were quite successful, hence Darin returned to Bulgaria to lay the foundations of the Eduboom education platform.

Last November, Eduboom expanded in Romania, this month it was launched in Spain and Italy. In each country the lessons are in the language of that country and follow the local school curriculum.
