Romanian high school students have green light to apply for scholarships in Italy
Romanian high school students can start applying for scholarships in Italy, worth EUR 12,000. Thus, for the eighth consecutive year, high school students may apply for these scholarships through “Bursa Intercultura” program.
According to a press release, the program can include any high school students in Romania, enrolled in the ninth or tenth grade and born between 01.01.1998 and 01.06.2000. They will have the opportunity to study one full school year (10th or 11th grade) in Italy. This is the precondition for application and eligibility within this project of social responsibility and intercultural education, initiated and supported exclusively by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.
Intercultura Scholarship covers all the necessary expenses, including travel and accommodation for one school year within an Italian family, students being thus fully integrated in the social and academic environment in Italy.
All eligible candidates interested in the Intercultura Scholarship and in completing a school year in Italy must fill in and submit the applications at the bank’s address by 30.01.2015 at the latest. Intercultura Scholarship selection will be made in several phases, directly by Intercultura / AFS Foundation in Italy, co-organizer of this program.
