Former Democrat Liberal Tourism minister, Elena Udrea, investigated in several corruption files, has been expelled from the Orthodox Theology Faculty of the “Babes-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca, where she had signed up in 2016 for a master course in Pastoral Counseling and Psychosocial Assistance, as she hasn’t come to take any examination.

The faculty dean, Vasile Stanciu said Udrea had been expelled in October last year for she hadn’t taken any exam within the master course she had signed up for. “For she hasn’t come to take any exam, I doubt she attended the classes. The rest of 16 master students are continuing their studies, except for Mrs. Udrea,” the dean said.

Elena Udrea announced in September 2016 that she had signed up for a master course in pastoral counseling at the “Babes-Bolyai” University, with the goal of setting up an Institute of Happiness where she could help people solve their problems through religion, free of any charge.

Attending the first course on October 7, 2016, Udrea admitted she was nervous and she had felt like in the first years of faculty, like any ordinary student.
