Family from Alba Iulia obtains in court suspension of works on Sebes-Turda highway
A family from Alba Iulia, whose house is just few metres away from the Sebes-Turda highway, complained it would be affected by the road traffic on the motorway when it opens and even obtained in court a decision of suspension the works on the highway until some billboards to secure the houses’ sound insulation are installed.
The ruling is final, provisional and enforceable at once, but the owners say the works did not stop, according to alba24.ro.
Authorities have narrowed down the expropriation corridor strictly around the houses and avoided them, so they are now in the area protection of the highway.
Moreover, the safety area on the Sebes-Turda motorway, that includes a concrete wall, will reach only 2 metres away from one of the houses nearby.
People have accused the local state institutions, who should monitor the constructor and if it complies with the assumed indicators, are ignoring them.
