On Wednesday night, 4.029,619 people in Romania have been vaccinated, with 2,996,487 with both doses.

Gheorghit said though that this target of 5 million Romanians vaccinated will be “definitely” reached in the first part of June. He also announced that the cumulated immunity obtained through vaccination and through the natural Covid infection is around 35%-40%.
