Italian Embassy puts up park in Bucharest for auction

The Italian Embassy to Romania has put Nicolae Iorga Park in Bucharest for auction, asking EUR 5,52 M as reserve price. The park stretching on 3,087 sqm is located in the Capital’s central area on Calea Victoriei.

The embassy also wants to sell a 1,133-sqm plot of land near Luigi Cazavillan street in Bucharest. The reserve price is EUR 1.74 M.

Italy’s embassy has also put up for sale other properties in Targoviste, Galati, Braila and Constanta: a building in Târgoviște on 165 Calea Domnească, another one in Galați on 38 Găriistreet, one in Brăila on 35 R.S. Campiniu st, in Constanța on 42 Mamaia Blvd.

The bid opening will take place on May 23.
