The Bucharest Court decided on Monday to lift the distraint of DNA prosecutors for the building owned by Adrian and Dana Nastase on Zambaccian Street, also ordering the distraint lifting on the sum of USD 118,650, which belongs to the former prime minister.
The decision was taken by the Bucharest Court magistrates after Adrian and Dana Nastase requested the court to lift sequester on the property and on the bank account, in the file known as “Zambaccian”.
