US authorities are on the lookout for Andreea Cătălina Roșca, a Romanian woman accused of stealing jewelry and credit cards from the closets of a spa and yoga studio hotel in West Hollywood, including actress Lily Collins’ engagement ring. Lily Collins is the lead actress in the Netflix series “Emily in Paris,” as announced by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The 34-year-old suspect, Andreea Cătălina Roșca, is believed to be traveling across the country and committing similar crimes. Investigators suspect she may be associated with specialized theft groups from Romania. Lily Collins, among the victims, had her wedding ring, engagement ring, and credit cards stolen while she was at a beauty center in a Los Angeles hotel. The hotel, which was robbed on two occasions, has not been identified by the sheriff’s department or TMZ.
According to the sheriff’s department, Roșca possesses a fake identification card from the state of Washington under the name Nicole Morri. An arrest warrant has been issued in her name. Andreea Roșca is described as a 34-year-old white woman, 1.55 meters tall, weighing 45 kilograms, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities state that Roșca allegedly used the stolen items to create a false identity and sell jewelry worth over $67,000.
