Members of the DJ Project band, Gino Manzotti, DJ Maxx and Mira have been seriously injured in a car accident on DN7, in Valcea county on Monday when a truck overturned on the road and hit two vehicles. The condition of the artists is serious.
Gino Manzotti, DJ Maxx and Mira, have been hospitalized in Ramnicu Valcea, along with the truck driver, a 56-year-old man. The truck he was driving overturned on the opposite walkway while taking a curve. The truck thus hit the singers’ car and another one coming behind them.
“A truck matriculated in Bihor was heading to Pitesti-Ramnicu-Valcea and at km 160+400m it has overturned on the opposite walkway while taking a dangerous curve and hit two cars. Following impact, there were four victims, with three of them being seriously injured. The driver of the truck is a 56-year-old man and is seriously injured,” said the police representatives.
A criminal record was opened in this case.
