The National Meteorology Administration has announced three more days of scorching heat in southern and eastern Romania, with temperatures to climb up to 37C.
The weather will be hot in the southern and eastern regions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with temperatures ranging from 34C to 37C.
The temperature-moisture index will exceed the critical threshold of 80 units in most part of Muntenia and Drobuja and locally in Moldavia and Oltenia, particularly on Friday and Saturday.
The heat wave will also seize Bucharest starting this afternoon, and the temperature-moisture index will exceed the critical threshold of 80 units on Friday and Saturday.
Maximum temperatures will range from 35C to 37C, and the minimum ones will be around 19-21C.
