Orange Code for flooding in eight counties, Yellow Code in eleven counties

Hydrologists have issued on Orange Code for rivers in eight counties in west and northwest Romania, starting from Monday evening to Tuesday afternoon, local flooding may take place, and a Yellow Code for 11 counties until Wednesday morning.
Thus, Maramures, Satu Mare, Salaj, Bihor, Cluj, Arad, Hunedoara and Alba counties will be from Monday 20:00h until Tuesday 16.00h, under the warning of the Orange Code for floods, according to the National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management (INHGA).
Also as of Monday, starting 18.00h to Wednesday 06.00h several rivers in Maramures, Satu Mare, Bistrita-Nasaud, Salaj, Cluj, Bihor, Arad, Hunedoara, Alba, Caras-Severin and Timis counties will be placed under Yellow Code.
