The health of His Majesty, King Mihai I, is still fragile, however stable, Princess Margareta has said on Sunday in Savarsin, western Romania.
“His Majesty has had a very difficult year, incredibly hard and he is weakened at the moment, but he is stable. He is going through a calm summer, which is good,” her Royal Highness Margareta said, ziare.com informs.
Princess Margareta and Prince Radu attended on Sunday, at the Orthodox Church in Savarsin, a memorial service for the heroes who lost their lives on the battlefield at Marasesti during WW I.
On June 27, the Royal House of Romania informed that “His Majesty’s state of health is fragile, but looks stable, King Mihai is calm, he has peace in his soul and appreciates the care provided by his medical team. The King is permanently accompanied by employees of His Majesty’s House, relocated in Switzerland, and two Orthodox nuns, the Royal House informs.
At the time, Princess Margareta and Prince Radu were on visit to Switzerland, at King Mihai’s private residence.
