A Romanian sailor died and other two are missing after an Italian hooker sank in the Adriatic Sea, near Italy’s coasts, La Repubblica informs.
A Romanian sailor, aged 19 and an Italian, aged 25, one were found dead.
Other two Romanian sailors are missing, while two Italians have been saved.
The ship sank two miles away from the Civitanova Marche port in the Adriatic Sea. First information reveal the ship most probably sank due to the cargo’s improper positioning and to the choppy sea.
