Incident involving Ryanair plane on Henri Coanda airport

A Ryanair Boeing 738 plane flying from Berlin to Bucharest with 183 passengers on board went off the flight strip on Tuesday. The plane however stopped on the strip’s concrete surface in safety and returned to the parking position, the National Airport Company in Bucharest (CNAB) announced.

The incident occurred at 10:37 on the Henri Coanda International Airport in Bucharest.

No one was hurt and there were no material damages. The aircraft is currently parked,” CNAB informed.

The Civil Aviation Safety Center started investigations to probe into the reasons that led to this air incident.
