The Government has approved the amendment of the resolution on extending the state of alert, so that wedding and christening parties will be allowed to last until 2:00 a.m., PM Florin Citu announced on Thursday.
“A very good news regarding the wedding and christening parties, they are allowed to last till 2;00 a.m.”, the PM said.
More precisely it is about extending the opening hours of the business operators in HoReCa industry who are in charge of hosting private events such as wedding and christening parties.
Wedding and christening parties can be held as of June 1, without any limit to the number of people if all attendees are vaccinated against COVID-19, with both doses. Therefore, rules say that there can be 50 guests in indoor spaces and 70 in outdoor venues. Children younger than 16 are not included in the provision that settles the maximum number of people allowed.
