A young woman from Oradea, Bihor county (western Romania), researcher in the food industry, has invented an organic concentrated fruit product, unique in the world. She named the product ‘fructonata/fruitonate’ and is made from blueberries, cherries and oranges in a small factory in the city.

The innovative organic product has been recently presented to an agricultural fair in UK and it was very successful.

The sour sweet product is sugar and additive free and is obtained without boiling.

“The innovative product is made of fruit processed at temperatures below 42C to preserve the phytonutrients and the vitamins of the fresh fruit,” says the inventor Simona Bisboaca.

A raw-vegan product, it is rich in vitamins, fibres and antioxidants, and is healthy for everyone, including babies.

Based on the new innovative production technology, the young Romanian researcher plans to make other organic products, such as 100% organic fruit juices.
