35 Chinese acrobats will perform soon in Bucharest in one of the most expected circus event of the year. The latest show of the Chinese National Circus, “Chinatown” will take place at Sala Palatului on March 10, at 8 p.m. Access is available starting 7 p.m, German Quality Entertainment informed on Tuesday.

Confucius’ wisdom, the Chinese cuisine, Kung Fu, impressive stunts are flanking the triumphal march of the Chinese culture, while Chinese people are also an essential part on the world’s political and economic stage, some of the Chinese National Circus’ artists stated.

For the past 250 years, the Chinese migrants could be found anywhere in the world, managing to build real districts in the great Capitals worldwide, a district which is internationally known as Chinatown.posterOficial_CirculNationalChina_Chinatown2016

Now, we can see live the atmosphere of this faraway culture, in the guise of stunts and magic, all encompassed in a 160-minute thrilling show.

Internationally renowned for their moves, stunts and gymnastics abilities, the Chinese acrobat squad also comprises Chinese actors and opera singers. So, the tense up moments will alternate with the ones full of color and grace.

Tickets, ranging from RON 59 to RON 99 and RON 199, are available at bilet.ro, iabilet.ro and through Tui Travel network and the National Theatre.

With 100.000 visitors per season, the Chinese National Circus has, for over two decades, attracted millions of people in Europe to participate in the lived unity of body, mind and soul. China’s best artists and the insight into a strange, mysterious culture are the main ingredients. The chinese body arts make us believe that the force of gravity  has been lifted for a moment.

The symbiosis of acrobatics – which has a two thousand year history in China, with more than three thousand year old teachings of Feng Shui – make the viewers feel and explore that nothing stands alone and all is all part of a whole, in a two hour theatre show.
