The Teaching Centre of British Council in Bucharest postponed its 15th anniversary picnic for Sunday, June 28 due to poor weather conditions on 21 June.
As part of the celebrations of this event, the British Council will be hosting its now traditional summer picnic in the courtyard of “Dimitrie Gusti” Village Museum this Sunday, during 10:00-14:00, in a open-air event due to rejoin 2,000 persons.
Participants are expected to bring their own food and drink that can be eaten in the dedicated picnic area, while watching a fun magic or science show. Organizers also have more fun activities for children in store, such as arts & crafts workshops (including pottery), a Treasure Hunt and face painting. A photo booth will be available as well for souvenir photos to help you remember this event dearly.
At present, over 3,000 children and adults are studying English at the British council.
National Village Museum “Dimitrie Gusti” and Marks & Spencer will be the event’s partners.
