Our online daily newspaper had the unique opportunity to visit the most dreamed of backstage ever! BON JOVI’s backstage!
This special moment took place last week in Liverpool at Anfield Stadium, and, of course, with good fortune, we had the chance to talk a little bit with Phil X, Tico Torres and David Bryan.
This incredible adventure was possible with the help of Marcel Avram, one of the world’s most renowned personalities in the international concert business, and D&D East Entertainment, the main organizers of BON JOVI’s gig in Bucharest that will take place on July 21st in Piata Constitutiei. Tickets for the concert are available at eventim.ro!
We met the great team behind all BON JOVI’s concerts, we saw those 20 nightliners that will come also in Bucharest from Austria, those containers with hundreds of white towels, the band’s kitchen and the dining hall.
We also found in the jet-trailer convoy of Bon Jovi’s touring furniture the entire chiropractic room of the band and we had the huge opportunity to meet the only Dawn Jeronowitz, Head of BON JOVI’s Costume and Wardrobe Department.
She is a lovely person who personalizes the stage costumes of the band, including solo jackets, since the 90s.
Dawn knows Jon since childhood so their friendship is lasting till then. She told us about Jon’s tour jacket that she called Heart & Dagger. Dawn made this jacket in December, last year, with Jon wearing it in the warm days. The red heart form the jacket is made from the interior leather of 1965 Ford Mustang.
After the tour we have met Phil X (lead guitar), David Bryan (keyboards, piano) and Tico Torres (drums).
